Facilitator for Divisional and National Consultations on the Global Compact for Migration Action Plan

Designs and facilitates eight divisional consultations and one national consultation in Bangladesh, gathering evidence from migrants, communities, government and civil society to identify at least five priority actions for implementing the National Action Plan for the Global Compact for Migration.

• Prepare the workplan, methodology, agendas and stakeholder map
• Facilitate eight divisional consultations with local stakeholders
• Produce a summary report after each divisional workshop
• Facilitate the national multi-stakeholder consultation
• Identify and report five priority action-plan interventions

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• At least five years of facilitation and policy-consultation experience
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali

• Consultancy of up to 11 months
