Responsibilities
- Support implementation of the GRAIL land-consolidation pilot in selected rural areas
- Serve as the local focal point for authorities, landowners and farmers
- Identify landowners and farmers and conduct individual interviews
- Contribute to the pilot’s land-consolidation feasibility study
- Support land valuation and re-allotment planning
- Facilitate stakeholder consultations and adoption of the Land Consolidation Plan
- Support plan registration and implementation
- Identify and mitigate community, political and environmental implementation risks
Requirements
- University degree in land administration, geomatics or a related field
- At least five years of experience in land administration or land management
- Working knowledge of English at level C
- Georgian nationality
