Stakeholder Engagement and Liaison Specialist

The specialist will shape stakeholder engagement for a GEF fisheries and aquaculture project in Viet Nam by mapping institutions and communities, preparing the engagement plan and national project document, aligning government requirements, and supporting field consultations and workshops.

• Map stakeholders, institutional arrangements and community structures in target landscapes
• Develop the stakeholder engagement plan, modalities and activity timeline
• Coordinate feedback from ministries, departments and the operational partner
• Review the GEF project document and prepare its Vietnamese national annexes
• Participate in field visits, consultations and project-preparation workshops

• University degree in fisheries, aquaculture, state management or a related field
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in Viet Nam
• Working knowledge of English and Vietnamese
• Vietnamese nationality or valid residence and work authorization

• Personal Services Agreement
• Thirty-day assignment
