Senior Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Associate

The Senior MHPSS Associate supports IOM’s Kyiv programme with partner coordination, capacity strengthening, research and reporting. The role implements psychosocial activities, produces programme documents, generates evidence and supports disability-inclusion assessments, training and accessibility arrangements.

Department: Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Unit

• Support implementation and documentation of MHPSS activities
• Coordinate information exchange with authorities, partners and MHPSS structures
• Organize capacity-building activities and document outcomes
• Support research, assessments, data analysis and evidence dissemination
• Draft programme documents, proposals, reports and guidance
• Implement disability-inclusion assessments, training and accessibility support

• High school diploma with six years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree in psychology, social sciences, public health or a related field with four years
• Experience supporting MHPSS programmes in humanitarian or development settings
• Experience with assessments, research, data collection, analysis or evidence generation
• Experience coordinating government, NGO, community and inter-agency stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian
