Overview
The Senior MHPSS Associate supports IOM’s Kyiv programme with partner coordination, capacity strengthening, research and reporting. The role implements psychosocial activities, produces programme documents, generates evidence and supports disability-inclusion assessments, training and accessibility arrangements.

Responsibilities
- Support implementation and documentation of MHPSS activities
- Coordinate information exchange with authorities, partners and MHPSS structures
- Organize capacity-building activities and document outcomes
- Support research, assessments, data analysis and evidence dissemination
- Draft programme documents, proposals, reports and guidance
- Implement disability-inclusion assessments, training and accessibility support
Requirements
- High school diploma with six years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree in psychology, social sciences, public health or a related field with four years
- Experience supporting MHPSS programmes in humanitarian or development settings
- Experience with assessments, research, data collection, analysis or evidence generation
- Experience coordinating government, NGO, community and inter-agency stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian
