Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Austrian host government and permanent diplomatic missions
- Support accreditation and other protocol processes
- Maintain and update protocol databases
- Draft and review office documentation
- Assist with special events and official meetings
- Support visits by senior UNOV and UNODC counterparts
- Coordinate practical protocol arrangements with United Nations counterparts
- Complete ad hoc assignments for the Protocol and NGO Liaison Office
Requirements
- Enrolment in or recent completion of a graduate programme, or enrolment in or recent completion of the final year of a first university degree
- Field of study closely related to protocol-office work
- Computer literacy in standard software applications
- Fluency in spoken and written English
