The Administrative Assistant supports UNODC’s policy-analysis division in Vienna through executive scheduling, missions, recruitment and personnel actions, budget and project administration, travel coordination, correspondence, staffing records, and management reporting.

Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, correspondence and briefing materials
- Arrange official missions and travel through the enterprise resource system
- Coordinate recruitment workflows, personnel actions and human-resources records
- Maintain staffing tables, job files and workforce statistics
- Support budget, finance and project administration and prepare management reports
- Advise colleagues on administrative procedures, entitlements and documentation
Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- At least seven years of administrative, finance or human-resources experience, reduced to five years with an eligible first-level degree
- End-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience supporting budget, finance or programme administration
- English at United Nations Level III
- French as a working language of the United Nations Secretariat
