Responsibilities
- Serve as a communication link between the Executive Director’s office and staff members
- Coordinate with service units and internal team members at headquarters and in the field
- Provide administrative support for senior management priorities, workflow and confidential documentation
- Process human resources actions and advise staff on entitlements and administrative procedures
- Support budget preparation, financial monitoring, grants administration and procurement actions
- Maintain records, vacancy files, staffing data and administrative documentation
- Guide, train and supervise junior General Service staff when required
- Prepare data presentations, reports, visualisations and information materials
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in office management, administrative services, finance/accounting, human resources management or a related area OR five years with a first-level university degree or higher
- Work experience providing high-level administrative and operational support to senior management in an international organization
- English is required
