Responsibilities

  • Serve as a communication link between the Executive Director’s office and staff members
  • Coordinate with service units and internal team members at headquarters and in the field
  • Provide administrative support for senior management priorities, workflow and confidential documentation
  • Process human resources actions and advise staff on entitlements and administrative procedures
  • Support budget preparation, financial monitoring, grants administration and procurement actions
  • Maintain records, vacancy files, staffing data and administrative documentation
  • Guide, train and supervise junior General Service staff when required
  • Prepare data presentations, reports, visualisations and information materials

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in office management, administrative services, finance/accounting, human resources management or a related area OR five years with a first-level university degree or higher
  • Work experience providing high-level administrative and operational support to senior management in an international organization
  • English is required
