Project Manager (Infrastructure)

Manage the delivery of UNOPS infrastructure projects across West and Central Africa, ensuring time, cost, scope, quality and risk controls. The project manager will lead teams, partners and suppliers, manage reporting and stakeholder engagement, and embed sustainability in infrastructure design and implementation

• Develop and implement infrastructure project plans, milestones and design reviews
• Manage project outputs, budgets, risks, quality controls and corrective actions
• Coordinate suppliers, partners and project boards to deliver agreed work packages
• Monitor results, prepare reports and maintain project documentation

• Relevant infrastructure project implementation and management experience
• Experience defining technical and design requirements
• Knowledge of infrastructure quality assurance and project-risk management
• Fluent English and French

• UN-system or humanitarian-context experience
• Contract-management and procurement-strategy experience
