Responsibilities
- Mobilise rapidly to lead or stabilise complex infrastructure projects
- Develop implementation plans, milestones, designs and design-review processes
- Manage project delivery within time, cost, scope, quality, risk and benefit tolerances
- Embed social, gender, environmental and economic sustainability in project delivery
- Monitor results, financial performance, delivery data and project variances
- Build stakeholder relationships and coordinate project communications
- Coordinate quality reviews and ensure deliverables meet technical standards
- Maintain project documentation and support audits and corrective follow-up
- Organise project teams and manage personnel performance and safety
- Develop training content and share lessons that strengthen surge readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable engineering discipline with nine years of relevant experience, or master’s degree with seven years
- Experience implementing and managing infrastructure projects
- Experience defining technical and design requirements
- Knowledge of infrastructure quality-assurance methodologies and tools
- Experience managing infrastructure project risks in a multi-stakeholder context
- Fluent English

- Home-based retainer pool for rapid remote or in-person surge assignments worldwide. International travel, including to hardship locations for missions of up to four months, is required. The contract is capped at 220 working days in one year.
