Senior Investment Officer, Project Finance

Originates and executes nonsovereign infrastructure finance projects for AIIB's private-sector client business. The role structures investment opportunities, leads due diligence and manages approval processes for project finance transactions.

• Originate and execute investment projects
• Identify, assess and structure investment opportunities and maintain project pipelines
• Lead legal, technical and safeguard specialists through investment due diligence
• Conduct research on projects and clients
• Prepare and lead client meetings, presentations, memos and reports
• Manage internal stakeholders and the AIIB project approval process
• Support departmental targets and objectives

• Minimum eight years of infrastructure finance experience gained at a commercial bank, investment bank, international financial institution, or top-tier consultancy
• Master's degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, or related fields
• Extensive experience structuring financing solutions across debt, project finance, mezzanine and guarantees
• Strong analytical, credit and financial modelling skills
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
