Programme Officer

Supports Selo UNICEF initiatives in Brazil by working with municipalities and partners to plan, monitor and strengthen programmes for children’s rights. The temporary national officer translates evidence into coordinated local action, capacity building and accountable delivery across participating communities.

• Support programme planning and implementation
• Coordinate municipal and stakeholder partnerships
• Monitor results and prepare programme reports
• Strengthen evidence-based decision making
• Facilitate knowledge exchange and capacity building

• First-level university degree in a relevant discipline
• At least one year of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese

• Experience with UNICEF, UN agencies or international organisations
• Experience in data analysis and results-based management
