Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, secretarial and logistical support for Trust Fund activities and beneficiary participation
- Organise meetings, briefings, travel and related coordination for beneficiary delegates
- Coordinate programme planning, proposals, documentation and administrative clearances
- Review project budgets and compile delivery data, reports and statistical summaries
- Maintain records, webpages and information products and support Human Rights Council meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least five years of programme or project administration, technical cooperation or related experience, reduced to three years with a first-level university degree or higher
- Authorisation to work in the Geneva duty station for this locally recruited post
- English at UN Level III in reading, writing, listening and speaking
