Responsibilities

  • Support planning, implementation and follow-up activities for the Fifth Committee and CPC
  • Coordinate team activities and programme or project preparation
  • Prepare journal announcements, programmes of work and procedural notes
  • Compile, analyse and present information on programmes and related topics
  • Coordinate preparation, review, clearance and publication of committee reports
  • Support performance reporting and survey initiatives
  • Maintain files, databases, reports, statistical tables and background materials
  • Draft correspondence and communications on programme and budget administration

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in programme or project administration, technical cooperation or a related area, reduced to five years with a first-level university degree or higher
  • English is required
