Summary of Responsibilities
- Track programme deliverables, milestones, resources and performance against Strategic Outcome 4 targets
- Prepare programme reports, data analyses, briefing materials, meeting records and stakeholder updates
- Coordinate projects, reviews, technical consultations and workshops with internal teams and external partners
- Review field-partner work and provide follow-up guidance with the unit head
- Maintain procurement, fund-disbursement and programme records in line with audit requirements
- Plan, monitor and reconcile budgets to support effective use of financial resources
- Process purchase requisitions and service entries for delegated procurements in SAP
- Coordinate government, NGO, vendor and state-office relationships and maintain liaison databases
Role Requirements
- Completed secondary education
- Six years of progressively responsible programme or administrative support experience, including at least two years with UN, multilateral or multinational organisations
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of Hindi
- Indian nationality
Desired Criteria
- University degree in business, commerce, public administration, communications, economics, agriculture, statistics, environmental sciences or information technology
- Experience supporting resilience, agriculture, climate-adaptation or monitoring and evaluation teams
- Experience contributing to programme implementation and policy discussions
- Experience preparing briefs, memoranda, updates and preliminary reports
- SAP experience
