Job Description
Provides programme, financial, administrative and logistical support to UN Women's Women’s Economic Empowerment project in Uzbekistan. The assistant maintains programme plans and records, prepares budgets and payments in Quantum, coordinates meetings and travel, supports stakeholder communication, and helps the team track delivery, reporting and resource mobilisation activities.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support project planning, monitoring and implementation for women's economic empowerment
- Prepare work plans, budgets and programme implementation documentation
- Create projects and requisitions and process payments in Quantum
- Arrange meetings, workshops, events, missions and travel documentation
- Maintain project files, mailing lists and confidential materials
- Prepare reports, presentations and meeting follow-up for stakeholders
Role Requirements
- Completion of secondary education
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible administrative or programme-management support experience with secondary education, or 2 years with a bachelor's degree
- Experience using multiple office software packages
- Fluency in English and Uzbek
Desired Criteria
- Experience using ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud
- Experience in civil society organisations and knowledge of the civil-society landscape
- Knowledge of gender equality, women's empowerment and sustainable development
- Previous United Nations experience
- Experience supporting teams in complex environments
