- Manage global property transactions from strategy and market assessment through closing
- Coordinate acquisitions, disposals, expansions, renewals, terminations and relocations
- Lead property, legal, integrity and financial due-diligence processes
- Negotiate leases and align terms with strategic and financial parameters
- Advise clients and leaders on markets, workplace strategy and industry developments
- Coordinate legal, budget, security, landlords, developers and service providers
- Maintain transaction planning, reporting, documentation and governance compliance
