Job Description
Provides procurement, ICT and office-support services for UNDP’s Tokyo representation office. The UN Volunteer assignment coordinates events, office operations, assets, suppliers and systems while ensuring accurate, timely and documented service delivery.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of events and meetings
- Procure office supplies, equipment and services and maintain purchase orders and contracts
- Support supplier registration and updates in Quantum
- Manage assets, equipment, inventory records and physical verification
- Support security documentation and security-asset management
- Administer intern hiring, onboarding and separation processes
- Maintain office ICT systems, hardware and software
- Coordinate ICT support with UNDP headquarters and external vendors
- Manage front-desk operations and visitor and call handling
Role Requirements
- At least three years of relevant experience in office support, coordination or administration
- Experience coordinating meetings, events and training logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- English and Japanese required
Desired Criteria
- Procurement and IT-support experience
- Familiarity with databases, ERP systems and information-management tools
