Policy, Legal and Regulatory Research Support for India Technology Hub

Provide Farsi interpretation, translation and cultural mediation for IOM's HELIOS+ project on Samos Island. Build beneficiary relationships, manage helpline contacts and records, identify service barriers, translate materials, support mediation and project activities, and coordinate with IOM staff, authorities and humanitarian partners to help beneficiaries access protection-sensitive assistance.

• Build respectful and trusted relationships with beneficiaries
• Provide interpretation and cultural mediation
• Handle helpline calls and record issues in the tracker
• Maintain relations with stakeholders and humanitarian actors
• Identify barriers to beneficiary access to services
• Translate documents and information materials
• Support mediation with IOM staff objectively and impartially
• Assist project activities at HELIOS+ centres and reception facilities

• High school degree or certificate with at least one year of relevant work experience
• Fluency in English and Greek, oral and written
• Fluency in Farsi, oral and written

• University degree
• Experience in a multi-cultural environment
• Valid driver's licence with five years of driving experience
