Pipeline for Nuclear Fuel Cycle and Materials Professionals and Experts

Roster for short-term consultancy assignments supporting nuclear fuel cycle and materials work. Experts may contribute technical editing, training, e-learning and knowledge transfer across nuclear fuel cycle topics for IAEA Member State capacity building.

Department: Nuclear Fuel Cycle and Materials Section

• Provide specialised advice on nuclear fuel cycle and materials topics
• Perform technical editing of multi-author documents
• Develop training courses from existing guidance and reference material
• Develop storyboards for e-learning linked to published documents
• Prepare web article sequences based on existing publications
• Support knowledge transfer for Member State capacity building

• University or advanced university degree in geology, chemistry, mineral resources, economic geology, mining, material science, nuclear fuel, nuclear engineering or related fields
• At least three years of relevant experience in editing, document writing, training or knowledge transfer in nuclear fuel cycle expert areas
• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Pipeline registration is valid for two years
• Registration does not constitute a commitment by IAEA to consider an application for a vacancy
