Overview

Coordinate consistent office and facilities services across NATO DIANA’s London, Tallinn and Halifax offices while running day-to-day operations in London. The officer develops standards and emergency plans, manages vendors and workplace services, supports budgets, and coordinates physical security, access and compliance risks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop DIANA-wide office and facilities policies, standards and guidance
  • Monitor facility needs and risks and coordinate safety, security and emergency-response plans
  • Coordinate access control, CCTV, workplace security and other shared services
  • Support facilities budgeting, expenditure tracking and reporting
  • Run London office services, maintenance, incidents, communications and contractor delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or at least 6 years of progressive relevant expertise
  • At least 2 years of office management, physical security, workplace services or facilities management experience in a multicultural setting
  • Experience supporting risk, safety, emergency-preparedness or business-continuity activities
  • Advanced proficiency in one NATO official language and beginner proficiency in the other
  • Nationality of a NATO member country
