Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and online psychological counselling to staff and dependents
- Conduct psychosocial risk assessments in the workplace
- Provide training on stress management, wellbeing and critical incidents
- Coordinate Staff Welfare responses to emergencies and critical incidents
- Liaise with local and regional mental health resources for referrals
Requirements
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling or Psychiatry with 5 years relevant experience, or University degree with 7 years relevant experience
- Active license, certification or registered membership in relevant professional organization
- Minimum 5 years relevant counselling experience post licensure
