Responsibilities

  • Prepare an analytical review of existing standards, tools and methodologies for career counselling and employment services for foreign nationals (within 4 weeks)
  • Develop recommendations on career counselling and employment services for foreign nationals within Public Employment Services (within 8 weeks)
  • Prepare the section of the standard on career counselling and employment services incorporating IOM and stakeholder feedback (within 12 weeks)

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social sciences, career counselling, or related field
  • At least 5 years professional experience in labour market integration activities, including minimum 3 years as career counsellor
  • Proven experience in career counselling with specialization in working with foreign clients
  • Fluency in Polish written and spoken required
