Provides high-level technical support to establish a standardized system for medical practice competency assessment in Viet Nam. Supports the National Medical Council in developing competency-based assessment toolkits for General Medicine, Dentistry, Traditional Medicine and Preventive Medicine ahead of national licensing exams starting 2027.

  • Conduct document analysis of Vietnamese legal texts and regulations
  • Perform structured desk review to identify gaps in existing regulations
  • Conduct international benchmark review of competency assessment good practices
  • Draft and revise the national procedure for toolkit development
  • Facilitate structured stakeholder consultations with NMC Office and experts
  • Monitor and coordinate implementation progress
