Overview
IOM Poland seeks a consultant to analyse existing legal frameworks, service standards and solutions used by Public Employment Services for foreign nationals, as part of the project standardising PES services for foreign clients. Responsibilities
- Review existing legal and institutional frameworks governing Public Employment Services for foreign nationals
- Conduct structured review of available sources and solutions for services to foreign clients
- Perform comparative review of service standards in three selected EU Member States
- Contribute to drafting minimum and extended service standards for foreign nationals
Requirements
- Master's degree in social sciences, career counselling or related field
- At least 5 years of experience conducting analytical research and reviews on labour market and integration of foreigners
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken)
