Responsibilities
- Coordinate integrated project work plans, budgets, targets and implementation methods
- Manage day-to-day delivery across recovery, governance and livelihoods projects
- Coordinate national and local authorities, responsible parties and project teams
- Oversee project funds, financial reports, expenditures and partner audits
- Build government, donor, civil-society and private-sector partnerships
- Manage results, risks, monitoring, evaluation and donor reporting
- Support public financial management, procurement and revenue reforms
- Capture lessons, strengthen local institutions and lead knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Master degree in public administration, public policy, development studies, conflict management, economics, business administration or a related field with seven years of relevant experience, or bachelor degree with nine years
- Progressive project development and management experience in conflict or post-conflict settings focused on governance, public functions, service delivery and community engagement
- Experience in governance and institutional strengthening, public finance, procurement reform, human resources and local authority capacity development
- Experience supporting decentralisation and local governance reform in fragile or conflict-affected settings
- Computer, office software, spreadsheet and database skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
