Responsibilities
- Coordinate financial, administrative and technical project implementation
- Guide staff, monitor progress and establish a common monitoring framework
- Develop new project proposals from migration evidence and local priorities
- Supervise staff and partners and deliver stakeholder capacity building
- Coordinate compliance, information, donor reporting, UN working groups and duty travel
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant international, political, humanitarian, development or administration field with two years of experience, or a university degree with four years of experience
- Experience in programme design, monitoring, reporting and evaluation
- Experience in project development, capacity building and stakeholder liaison
- Experience supervising teams supporting migrants with documentation, regularisation and public services
- Experience supporting migrant employment, training, job matching and private-sector inclusion
