Responsibilities
- Coordinate national and global digital learning initiatives with internal and external partners
- Manage digital-learning grants, costed workplans, budgets and field-office implementation
- Review and quality-assure digital teaching content against the national curriculum
- Define device specifications and coordinate procurement, delivery and installation
- Plan Nigeria Learning Passport functions and platform improvements
- Launch the platform in additional states and monitor implementation results
- Build government capacity to own and manage platform deployment
- Develop private-sector partnerships and digital-learning advocacy
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in education, international development, social sciences or a related field
- At least eight years of experience designing and coordinating large-scale digital learning projects
- At least five years of experience supporting digital or blended learning through content, devices, platform management and training
- Experience supporting Nigerian government deployment and monitoring of the Nigeria Learning Passport
- Strong communication skills in English
