Senior Programme Lead – One Payroll (SAP S/4HANA)

Leads the One Payroll Programme through design, migration, testing and rollout of a consolidated SAP solution, aligning technology, human resources, finance and country offices while controlling scope, risks, resources and change to establish a sustainable global payroll operating model.

Department: Technology Digital Services

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the One Payroll Programme and phased SAP consolidation roadmap
• Direct design, configuration, data migration, testing, deployment and post-go-live stabilisation
• Coordinate technology, human resources, finance and country-office stakeholders
• Prepare governance materials, facilitate decisions and escalate critical risks and issues
• Maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths and resource requirements
• Control scope, requirements, change requests and operational-readiness criteria
• Manage programme risks, issue registers, dependencies and contingency actions
• Lead budget planning, forecasting, financial tracking and resource allocation

• Advanced university degree in information technology, business administration, finance or a related field
• Ten to twelve years of progressive project or programme management experience
• Proven experience in large-scale ERP or SAP implementations
• Experience managing global, multi-stakeholder programmes
• Fluency at level C in English

• Consultancy is at Level 3 and runs for 11 months
