Responsibilities
- Support planning and implementation of SAMS activities against approved workplans and budgets
- Coordinate interventions with field offices, partners, government institutions and private-sector actors
- Strengthen farmer organisations, aggregation structures and market links with buyers and service providers
- Monitor field delivery, maintain programme data and prepare performance and donor reporting
- Train and mentor field staff, cooperating partners and farmer organisations
- Track budgets, procurement needs, safeguards and compliance documentation
Requirements
- Completed secondary education
- At least 6 years of progressively responsible experience in agricultural development, livelihoods, resilience, market systems or community development
- Fluency in spoken and written English
