Overview
Supports IOM’s food-security and livelihoods project in the Marshall Islands by coordinating government and community partners, organising training and outreach, collecting implementation evidence, maintaining project records, and tracking procurement, delivery and inventory of programme inputs.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and operational programme support
- Coordinate with schools and government counterparts
- Maintain programme files and SharePoint documentation
- Collect activity data, attendance lists and photographs
- Organise training, workshops and community demonstrations
- Support community outreach on food production and nutrition
- Track purchase requests, deliveries, distributions and inventory
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social science, agriculture, political science, international relations or a related field with four years of experience, or high school completion with six years
- Experience supporting school or community-based development activities
- Experience assisting food-security, nutrition or livelihoods initiatives in the Marshall Islands
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Working knowledge of Micronesian languages
