National Consultant: Programme Analyst RMI

Supports UNFPA’s Marshall Islands programme by coordinating implementation, monitoring delivery and expenditure, and strengthening reporting, partner capacity and knowledge sharing. The consultant also advances reproductive-health programming, partnerships and resource mobilisation across national and sub-regional stakeholders.

• Support development and implementation of UNFPA programme delivery in Marshall Islands
• Monitor country-office activities, workplans and progress reports
• Track project expenditure and disbursements against approved budgets
• Coordinate implementing-partner meetings and programme monitoring missions
• Prepare briefings, proposals, reports and operational guidance
• Strengthen reproductive-health commodity security monitoring and reporting
• Develop partnerships and identify resource-mobilisation opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, International Development, Sociology, Economics, Demography, International Relations, Public Administration, Public Health, Medicine or a related field
• At least four years of progressive professional experience in programme or national capacity-development work, or international development
• Fluency in English and the national language

• Research and analytical skills with field experience
• Practical experience in population, reproductive and sexual health programming
• Previous experience with the United Nations
