Supports UNFPA’s Marshall Islands programme by coordinating implementation, monitoring delivery and expenditure, and strengthening reporting, partner capacity and knowledge sharing. The consultant also advances reproductive-health programming, partnerships and resource mobilisation across national and sub-regional stakeholders.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of UNFPA programme delivery in Marshall Islands
- Monitor country-office activities, workplans and progress reports
- Track project expenditure and disbursements against approved budgets
- Coordinate implementing-partner meetings and programme monitoring missions
- Prepare briefings, proposals, reports and operational guidance
- Strengthen reproductive-health commodity security monitoring and reporting
- Develop partnerships and identify resource-mobilisation opportunities
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, International Development, Sociology, Economics, Demography, International Relations, Public Administration, Public Health, Medicine or a related field
- At least four years of progressive professional experience in programme or national capacity-development work, or international development
- Fluency in English and the national language
Desired Criteria
- Research and analytical skills with field experience
- Practical experience in population, reproductive and sexual health programming
- Previous experience with the United Nations
