Responsibilities

  • Manage the Community Alert Network and contribute to the SAGE database

  • Monitor geospatial systems and recommend database improvements
  • Maintain early-warning tools and identify conflict hotspots
  • Train community-alert focal points on reporting systems
  • Facilitate structured dialogue between conflicting communities

Requirements

  • Degree or solid experience in international law, political science, social science, sociology or a related field
  • Formal training in basic statistical analysis
  • English and French proficiency
  • Ability to live and work in difficult and harsh field conditions
