Responsibilities
- Provide technical and psychosocial guidance to grant-recipient organisations
- Support preparation of implementation documents, forms, reports and deliverables
- Conduct monitoring visits and provide timely guidance on project activities
- Participate in working groups, meetings and committees to report progress
- Coordinate technical and administrative support for agreed results
- Strengthen community organisations involved in reintegration and reconciliation
Requirements
- Qualification in social work or psychology
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting communities affected by armed conflict, human mobility or social vulnerability
- Fluency in Spanish
