Overview

The associate provides technical and psychosocial support to Colombian organisations implementing low-value grant agreements for community reintegration, helping prepare required documents, coaching grantees, conducting field monitoring in Catatumbo, reporting progress and strengthening peacebuilding results.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and psychosocial guidance to grant-recipient organisations
  • Support preparation of implementation documents, forms, reports and deliverables
  • Conduct monitoring visits and provide timely guidance on project activities
  • Participate in working groups, meetings and committees to report progress
  • Coordinate technical and administrative support for agreed results
  • Strengthen community organisations involved in reintegration and reconciliation

Requirements

  • Qualification in social work or psychology
  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting communities affected by armed conflict, human mobility or social vulnerability
  • Fluency in Spanish
