Responsibilities

  • Support logistics operations and delivery of food assistance
  • Coordinate ordering and delivery of commodities and supplies
  • Monitor vendor contracting and service performance
  • Track inventories, pipeline data and commodity-accounting quality
  • Process customs, invoice and logistics documentation
  • Compile operational and financial reports in corporate systems

Requirements

  • Completion of secondary school education
  • Five years of relevant work experience
  • Experience using corporate systems to monitor shipments, pipelines, claims and stocks
  • Experience analyzing commodity or financial data and drafting reports
  • Experience measuring service-provider performance and preparing contract documentation
  • Fluency in French
