Responsibilities
- Manage the Under-Secretary-General's calendar, meetings, travel and confidential correspondence
- Maintain legal reference files, records, databases and document-retrieval processes
- Support committees, ceremonies, high-level meetings and legal-office logistics
- Draft, edit and finalize correspondence, memoranda and specialized legal documentation
- Guide office support staff and provide administrative support to senior office leadership
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Seven years of relevant experience, reduced to five with a first-level university degree or higher
- English at UN Level II
- Authorization to work in the United States because the post is locally recruited
