Job Description
Supports ICAO's Air Navigation Bureau (ANB) Implementation Support Planning and Coordination Section (ISPC) in managing and coordinating implementation support activities for aviation capacity building worldwide. The intern contributes to the development of a SharePoint-based implementation support platform, tracks KPIs, assists with reporting and outreach materials, and supports voluntary contribution management. The internship is unpaid and lasts 2–6 months in Montreal.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Contribute to development and implementation of a dedicated implementation support platform on MS SharePoint
- Assist in developing project plans, peer review reports, and project documents
- Contribute to identification and monitoring of KPIs for implementation support activities
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and briefings
- Support development of internal promotion and outreach materials
- Perform other tasks as assigned by C/ISPC
Role Requirements
- Enrolled in at least the first year of a university programme (minimum Bachelor's level) in aviation, law, science, engineering, diplomacy, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Criteria
- Practical experience with collaborative documentation or work management platforms desirable
- Knowledge of ICAO, the aviation sector, or the UN system desirable
- Practical experience in data processing, programming, or web design desirable

Additional Information
- Unpaid internship; duration 2–6 months; full-time (5 days/week)
- Interns may not be employed in any other form within ICAO during the internship and are not eligible for ICAO posts for 6 months after completion
