International Programme Management Consultant for the Joint Programme on Human Rights Phase III

Leads management and coordination of the third Joint Programme on Human Rights, overseeing results, finances, monitoring, risk and reporting while aligning government, UN, civil-society and donor partners around accountable, sustainable implementation in Somalia.

• Coordinate programme governance and implementation across participating partners
• Oversee results management, delivery and implementation quality
• Manage monitoring, evaluation, learning and donor reporting
• Track financial delivery, budgets and accountability requirements
• Engage government, UN, civil-society and donor stakeholders
• Manage programme, safeguarding and delivery risks

• Advanced university degree in a relevant human rights, law, policy, governance or development field
• At least eight years of relevant experience in human rights, child protection, governance or rule of law
• At least six years of programme management experience
• English and Somali

• Home-based consultancy with travel to Somalia
• Contract duration: 12 months
