Responsibilities

  • Coordinate programme governance and implementation across participating partners
  • Oversee results management, delivery and implementation quality
  • Manage monitoring, evaluation, learning and donor reporting
  • Track financial delivery, budgets and accountability requirements
  • Engage government, UN, civil-society and donor stakeholders
  • Manage programme, safeguarding and delivery risks

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in a relevant human rights, law, policy, governance or development field
  • At least eight years of relevant experience in human rights, child protection, governance or rule of law
  • At least six years of programme management experience
  • English and Somali
