Overview

The Project Assistant will support the OSCE’s rule-of-law and human-rights projects in Kyiv through planning, partner liaison, research, reporting and administration. The role will manage project documents, events, procurement and travel actions, budgets and ERP workflows while tracking delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Draft project correspondence, concept notes, reports and briefing materials
  • Coordinate project activities and follow up with partners and stakeholders
  • Arrange meetings and events and manage schedules and reference materials
  • Research information and prepare statistics, presentations and donor reports
  • Initiate procurement, consultant, travel and payment actions in the ERP system
  • Track deadlines, budgets and expenditure and propose adjustments

Requirements

  • Completed secondary education with specialized training or studies relevant to administration, project management, rule of law or human rights
  • Five years of relevant experience, reduced to four with a first degree or three with a second-level degree
  • Project planning, implementation and reporting experience
  • Professional fluency in English and Ukrainian
  • Digital proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools
