Responsibilities
- Consolidate WHO technical input on laws and secondary legislation
- Analyse regulatory and institutional frameworks for priority health outcomes
- Develop legal and regulatory options and recommendations
- Track health-related laws, decrees, circulars and WHO contributions
- Coordinate cross-team knowledge and participate in meetings and workshops
- Submit periodic legislative and monthly progress reports
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in health legislation, public administration, public health or a relevant area
- At least five years of relevant health-legislation and health-policy experience
- Expert written and spoken English
- Expertise in health-related legislation in Viet Nam
