Responsibilities
- Monitor global information for potential public-health events
- Detect emergency signals using open-source epidemic intelligence
- Contribute to outbreak news and acute-emergency reports
- Research literature and collect data on health events
- Support development and evaluation of intelligence solutions
- Draft, format and edit technical materials in English
Requirements
- At least three years of health-science university study and current enrolment or recent graduation under WHO internship rules
- Expert knowledge of English
- Experience compiling and manipulating large datasets
- Experience drafting reports and conducting health-related research
