National consultant on Vaccine management and cold chain emergency in Ukraine

WHO seeks a national consultant in Ukraine to strengthen vaccine management and emergency cold-chain readiness. The assignment delivers trainer-of-trainer sessions, validates remote temperature monitoring, runs simulation exercises with national logistics operators, and reports findings and recommendations.

Department: WHO Ukraine, Vaccine-Preventable Diseases and Immunization Unit

• Prepare and deliver cold-chain trainer-of-trainer sessions
• Support practical training on temperature loggers and cold boxes
• Validate remote temperature monitoring systems at a national vaccine warehouse
• Conduct cold-chain emergency simulation exercises with national logistics operators
• Document findings and recommendations for each simulation
• Produce monthly progress and consolidated reports

• Bachelor's degree focused on public health, epidemiology or immunology
• At least two years of cold-chain, vaccine-management, surveillance or immunisation experience
• Excellent command of English and Ukrainian
• Ability to conduct field work in Kyiv and Kyiv region
