Provides regional project and information-management support for WFP’s humanitarian customs and importation preparedness work across Asia. The officer coordinates networks and workshops, maps procedures, develops SOPs and simulations, maintains knowledge products, supports donor reporting and strengthens ASEAN logistics systems.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate regional customs-network meetings and national workshops
- Map importation policies, procedures and bottlenecks
- Draft humanitarian customs SOPs and simulation materials
- Maintain repositories, knowledge products and logistics information platforms
- Support donor reports and Asia-Pacific logistics coordination products
- Strengthen information systems with ASEAN, the AHA Centre and national partners
Role Requirements
- University degree in international relations, supply chain, logistics, humanitarian studies or a related field
- Three to five years of experience in humanitarian coordination, logistics, customs or importation
- Strong writing and organisational skills
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Familiarity with ASEAN and regional coordination mechanisms

- The role is remote-based with travel across Asia as needed
