Job Description
Support WFP supply-chain operations in Guatemala City through fund management, invoicing, budget monitoring and logistics coordination. The SC-6 associate manages reservations, supplier documentation and financial reporting while ensuring accurate WINGS records, timely payments and compliant food-assistance delivery

Summary of Responsibilities
- Manage fund reservations, invoices and logistics-finance documentation
- Monitor budgets, spending patterns and financial reporting
- Maintain transport orders and service-entry sheets in WINGS
- Coordinate suppliers and resolve invoice inconsistencies
Role Requirements
- Secondary education with post-secondary certification in a relevant field
- At least 6 years of relevant logistics and fund-management experience
- Fluency in the UN official and local language used at the duty station
Desired Criteria
- Experience with supplier contracts and procurement documentation
- Experience monitoring budgets and preparing reports
