Responsibilities
- Plan and implement outreach health and nutrition services in earthquake-affected areas
- Support community-based primary health care and restoration of essential services
- Coordinate immunisation and vaccination activities
- Monitor programme delivery through field supervision and data analysis
- Implement community nutrition, feeding, screening and referral interventions
- Lead community engagement, health promotion and risk communication
- Assess disease-surveillance information and public-health risks
- Train and mentor community health workers and frontline personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in public health, nutrition, dietetics, child development, social development, community development or a related field
- At least one year of professional experience planning, implementing, monitoring or evaluating health programmes
- Professional experience in programme management or technical child-survival and health care
- Field and emergency experience
- Expertise in primary health care and community-based health programmes
- Fluency in Spanish
- Intermediate English
