Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor and report animal-health and sustainable-livestock activities
  • Conduct field assessments, disease surveillance, vaccination and outbreak investigations
  • Promote biosecurity, animal welfare, antimicrobial stewardship and One Health
  • Train veterinarians, paraprofessionals, extension workers and livestock producers
  • Coordinate veterinary authorities, research institutions and implementing partners
  • Collect and analyse technical data and prepare field and training reports
  • Contribute workplans, specifications, procurement documents and technical meetings

Requirements

  • University degree in veterinary science, animal health or a related field
  • At least five years of sustainable animal-health and livestock experience
  • Working knowledge of Arabic at FAO level C and English at level B
  • Egyptian nationality
  • Ability to work from Assiut or Beheira
