Summary of Responsibilities
- Strengthen asset registration, verification and accountability controls
- Facilitate financial-management reforms with health-sector stakeholders
- Deliver training on accounting software for finance units
- Lead financial planning and budgeting processes
- Build partner capacity through mentoring and technical support
- Develop knowledge systems for financial-management learning
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, business administration, finance, accounting or audit
- Minimum seven years of progressive financial-management, accounting and financial-controls experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Desired Criteria
- Master's or professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ICAN or ACCA
- Experience supporting donor-funded health programmes
- Knowledge of Nigeria's health-financing and primary health-care systems
