Responsibilities
- Review technical studies and gather institutional, legal and operational evidence on both facilities
- Assess market demand, potential revenue streams and operational costs for the sports complex and computer room
- Develop annual operating costs and five-year and ten-year lifecycle financial projections
- Compare public, private, public-private, community and hybrid management models
- Analyse governance, legal feasibility, maintenance costs, revenue potential and operational risks
- Recommend sustainable management models for the sports complex and computer room
- Prepare practical operational, implementation and sustainability plans for both facilities
Requirements
- Master of Business Administration or master’s degree in sports management, economics or public finance
- At least five years of professional experience in economics, management, public finance or another relevant field
- Experience conducting feasibility studies or economic and financial assessments of infrastructure or facilities
- Expertise developing public, private, public-private and hybrid management models
- Expertise in cost estimation, revenue modelling and financial sustainability assessment
- Portuguese proficiency
