Responsibilities
- Verify completeness and accuracy of HOPE and health payment requests
- Maintain payment records and reconcile balances, statements and transactions
- Validate financial data and adherence to internal-control procedures
- Prepare recurring finance, budget and audit reports
- Complete payments for year-end close, grant expiry and financial closure
- Resolve transaction and failed-payment queries with service providers
- Maintain bank liaison, reconciliations and exchange-rate information
- Prepare cost estimates and contribute to budget analysis
Requirements
- Completed secondary education in a related field
- At least seven years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting or a related field
- Proficient or fluent English
