Field Associate

Leads field delivery of UNCDF projects in Takoradi and Tamale, supporting partners, local authorities and communities to expand digital and financial services. The role monitors implementation, collects evidence, coordinates training and missions, and turns field learning into reports and knowledge products.

• Support partners in executing project activities and agreed workplans
• Coordinate implementation with local authorities, service providers and community actors
• Facilitate community engagement, training and capacity-building activities
• Monitor field delivery, milestones, risks and partner performance
• Collect, validate and organise monitoring data and field evidence
• Coordinate field missions, meetings and operational logistics
• Prepare progress reports, implementation updates and risk escalations
• Capture field learning and contribute to research and knowledge products

• Secondary education with at least seven years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with at least four years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English

• Experience with community-level operations or local-government coordination
• Experience using monitoring data systems
• Experience with the United Nations or international development organisations
• Knowledge of digital finance or inclusive financial services
