Responsibilities
- Monitor implementation partner agreements, service contracts and consultancies for Horizontes Amazonia
- Prepare progress, budget and risk reports to support programme decisions
- Maintain tracking matrices, management tools and programme documentation
- Analyse budget execution and recommend improvements to financial planning
- Provide financial technical assistance to implementing partners on reporting and accountability
- Identify funding opportunities, strategic allies and youth entrepreneurship initiatives
- Prepare concept notes, project profiles, technical proposals and executive reports
- Systematise lessons learned and recommendations for programme sustainability
Requirements
- University degree in economics, administration, accounting, engineering, social sciences or a related field
- Completed master degree in planning, project management, public policy, sustainable development, international cooperation, monitoring and evaluation or a related field
- At least ten years of professional experience in the public sector, private sector or international cooperation
- At least two years of experience coordinating, managing or monitoring development programmes, projects or initiatives
- At least three years of experience in monitoring, information analysis, project management or results-based management
- Experience in at least one organisation with project formulation, resource mobilisation, budget management, international cooperation or inter-institutional coordination responsibilities
- Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills and intermediate or advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills
- Native or advanced Spanish and intermediate English
- Must be entitled to work in Peru and must not hold a current contract or appointment with the state
